Only one (1) raffle coupon will be granted for every spend of AED 100 at any store and AED 200 at Lulu Hypermarket in Mall of UAQ, RAK Mall and Lulu Mall Fujairah to enter the raffle draw for a chance to win.
Daily prizes will be multiple vouchers from Mall stores worth AED 1,000 to be declared to one winner a day.
Grand prize will be multiple vouchers from Mall Stores worth AED 20,000 to be declared to one winner at the end of the campaign.
Social and Digital media prizes will be given away to online followers as per the mechanism explained on social channel, the prizes will be store vouchers worth or more then AED 2,000.
The prize draw will occur daily or weekly or at the end of promotion based on the management’s decision.
Customers can participate repeatedly with a maximum cap of 100 coupons a day and accumulated receipts will be accepted within the campaign period.
One person can only win once in the preceding week.
Redemption of receipts will only be accepted until the customer service desk closing hours however after-hours receipts can be redeemed next day.
An ID needs to be presented to the C.S. desk on collection of coupons. Any misspelled name that does not match the name in the original ID will be disqualified from the promotion and from winning the prize.
Original valid identification must be presented to redeem the prize along with the second half of winning coupon. In case of failure the draw will be annulled and prize will go the second winner.
In case the winner is minor, supporting documents will be required i.e. Child’s EID, Passport, Parent’s EID and Passport. Further documents can be requested as per requirement.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded however it can be resold to the car company following their terms & conditions however Mall of UAQ management will not bear any responsibility in this regard.
The winner will be notified through the phone call on their mentioned number at the coupon.
Prize not claimed within 30 days will be automatically forfeited.
The right to withhold prizes for any irregularities found in the draws held at Mall Management.
Money exchange and bank transactions are excluded from this promotion as well as ATM machines, DU and Etisalat bill payment receipts.
Owners and employees of the Mall outlets, LULU Group International, their suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
The Management reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be deemed to be incorporated into these terms and conditions.
The Management decision in relation to any aspects of a Prize Draw is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered.
